  1. John Morrison & The Miz are the greatest wrestlers in the world. All-round; greatest.
  2. But I think they want to make ECW a brand under the WWE banner, making Lawler cut promo's against them makes them seem like a seperate thing.
  3. It's only worthwhile if it makes money in the long-run. Which it does. So it's working.
  4. Is Lawler a commentator? Don't remember him ever having a match at Wrestlemania.
  5. The guy they were going to repackage as an Elvis impersonator or whatever, I think he'll go. I can see Bob Holly finally being released, seems like he's having personal problems. Ricky Ortiz could be gone, and maybe even Tommy Dreamer. If Val Venis and Scotty 2 Hotty can be released, then so can Tommy Dreamer or Bob Holly. Hawkins & Ryder maybe. People who have been hanging around development forever. Hopefully Goldust. I think Manu's safe, I reckon they'll team him up with Kafu. But on that note, I don't think DH Smith and TJ Wilson are safe.
  6. But it would have to be the Main Event, surely. And having that as your Main Event in 2009 would be horrible. Not short term obviously, but long term I'd say it would be. It could never be un-done. 2009- 20 years after Hogan's prime and 10 years after Austin's they have a Main Event match at Wrestlemania...sounds terrible to me.
  7. I wasn't being serious, sillyhead xD
  8. OH MHY GADDD if Mike Choida gets released I am never watching WWE again.
  9. Ha, that was actually pretty funny. Nice one, Kurt :lol
  10. The Attitude Era was really kicked off by Mabel winning KOTR and the fans loved his hardcore edge. People tend to forget that and say Austin started it or something.
  11. I'd have thought Edge would get them to keep Venis. They must really wanna save money.
  12. I'd never seen or heard of that before. It was good...except for the tonnes of irony. Like nobody really calls him Dustin Rhodes. He came back as Goldust at least 3 or 4 times. And WCW losing Dustin Runnles/Seven finished with some guy clearly shouting "Goldust", which is what he will always be remembered for. He certainly isn't doing much to stop that.
  13. Miz and Morrison both get a decent return of 58%, nice.
  14. How can you say that without watching it?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! And you would say that anyway. I don't care if you or anybody else disagrees. You would. Simply because it involves Christian. Swap the 2 exact moment round and you'd go for the one that involves Christian. And you know what? There's nothing wrong with that :xyx
  15. Underrated: Pendulum- I don't think they've had a bad song yet, and although a lot of people may recognise their music, they tend not to know that the song is by Pendulum Hovercraft Pirates- Small band from somewhere around the north of Ireland, and I really doubt they'll ever be known [certainly not well] from anywhere outside of there, Ireland or the UK, but they're really good and have some really good songs. Although their songs tend either to be really good or really bad, not much middle ground. Overrated: Oasis- although I like Noel and Liam, so many of their songs sound the same, so if one's not very good, most of them aren't. McFly- and not just from a "damn those pansy boys!" type of thing, but I just think they really suck and they're really annoying. Of course, very few people over 13 actually like them, but a few years ago them [and Busted] were a sore spot with me...damn pansy boys.
  16. Idiot much? Why would I watch something I've watched before and not liked? That would be so stupid, such a waste of time. I used to love The Simpsons, but I don't watch new episodes anymore because they're crap. Should I sit down and watch 10 episodes of those, that I know I won't like, just so that I can later say I don't like them, then throw it in people's faces "yeah but Ive spent hours watching the show, despite that!" Not really my style :music1
  17. Because....erm...JOHN CENA CANT WRESTLE, TNA TNA TNA
  18. Ha, I remember Todd ripping into TNA back in the day, it was great. All he had to do was slag them off on Byte This for literally 12 seconds, and TNA fans were like "WWE fear TNA!". Todd ruled majorly back then, especially on Bottom Line with the "MAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNN EVENTTTT". Also, on the last episode of Heat "perhaps the only date in the WWE calender that surpasses Wrestlemania, the final ever episode of Sunday Night Heat" :lol
  19. Yeah, but the cheers aren't even that passionate really. He doesn't have the "kids & girls love me, men hate me" factor anymore, he has the "kids love me, women like me and men dont mind me too much" factor. Plus, as much as some people would like to think he is, John Cena isn't that well known to non-wrestling fans. Maybe he is in the US. Anybody who even has a minor interest in wrestling in the last 5 years know him, but he isn't a megastar in that regard.
  20. I miss the 2006 days of passionately hating John Cena. Shove him down my throat constantly now, all it will take is him to beat Miz or Morrison, and if he beat them in a Handicap Match, I'd flip out and hate him so much again. Or make me love him by teaming up with them occassionally as an out-cast to their amazingness. Anything to make me feel strongly about him, rather than the NOTHING I have at the minute.
  21. I'd quite like that, too, but in my ideal world, they literally stay as a team, whilst also having seperate singles feuds. Don't care if it won't happen or would be too complicated [which it wouldn't], but it's what I want and that's not going to change any time soon :partysign:
  22. Although my original post said "wrestlers", I changed it to WWE wrestlers about three times...
  23. HA! Well seen...but I think he does wear kneepads now. :O or does he?
  24. Yeah, pretty much. Probably more individual feuding though, as every feud or rivalry they have they tend to share.
  25. Yeah that seems to be the formula, but it's not impossible for them to try something different [and Im not saying that in a smarmy, arrogant way]. I'd love to see them pushed as singles stars....but still somewhat a tag team...if you know what I mean.
