So she lives in the present day then. I watched a few episodes a while back and it's really intriguing. Like "X-Files" level of intriguing. I really want to find the time to watch more.

More than 20 bucks. For me, it's a lack of respect. That just shows me that someone doesn't take me seriously if they can't respect what I do.

That sounds like some if the more modern Amish sects. Whether they have a woodworking shop or dairy farm, they will keep a computer in their workshop for ordering and such, but no personal use.

I tend to believe that our bodies can adapt to the changes the climate brings. Think about the extreme climates on the planet and the different cultures that live in them. Our bodies are more adaptable and resilient than I think we realize.

She's narcissistic? Get her a mirror. :D Seriously. It's all about her, you can find them high-end and how can you get more low-maintenance than a mirror? Me and mom get along fine. I always get a really nice card. She loves them.

If you had to make a choice, where would you live other than the country you are in now? When you get there, you can have any job you want and will be able to take care of yourself financially.

Savory is the way to go for me. I have to watch my sugar intake so savory meals and foods are a must for me.

That is a very good point. You can put on a brave outward face, but at the end of the day, words can hurt. Yes, we have the freedom of speech to say what we want, but we are not free from the consequences of that speech. If you hurt someone with verbal abuse, you should be held accountable somehow.

We're not talking about Value At Risk, are we? One could make the argument................. I think it's a great idea as long as the technology behind it remains superior.

I disagree. Violence is something that is tangible. If I hit you or cut you there is no doubt it was a violent act because you physically feel it and it leaves visible bruises and scars. Verbal abuse is subjective because what hurts you will not hurt someone else. People have different degrees of internal feelings, whereas everyone bruises and bleeds red.

I don't see it as a problem. Weather patterns have been changing longer than we have been here, and will continue to change after our time is up. I also don't see corporations changing the patterns so much as to make a discernible difference. We all have an effect on the patterns of course because we are all part of the ecosystem, but I think people who believe that we make a life-altering difference are fairly egotistical.

The Hills Have Eyes did it for me. The isolation, the inbreeding, the sheer violence and rage that comes from that. The fact that it could happen is what makes it scary for me.

I think they use the term "self-made" to infer that she didn't inherit any money. While she may not have inherited anything, she did have financial help along the way. The Jenner family isn't poor. Still and all, good for her.
