I'm going to be a massive dick, as usual.
1) Confidence is growing. This is good. Yes, it's a fun thing to do but it is a radio show and should still be treated professionally. People say that the best shows sound like guys just talking down the pub, but most conversations down the pub are sh*t and good radio is done by people who are good at radio, not people who are good at pub chat. So a growing confidence in presentation is always a positive. However...
2) Ditch the background music. It's been said before, but it's too loud and too distracting. Howard Stern always made it clear that background music is generally a mask for bad radio and I tend to agree. Don't worry about silence or nothing going on; that will improve as your radio talents improve. Hearing songs in the background for serious discussions is just wrong. For a new segment, fine. For a three minute review or something, fine. For the whole show, it's just too much. It's not even the loudness, just it's existence. It's even worse when the song has vocals, but just the bed itself is too much.
3) Nice use of the old Voice of Wrestling music. But get a new intro. I think that RadioDaddy still do cheap/free dry reads for intros.
4) Buy a domain. It's a petty critique but .tk was barely popular when it debuted years ago, let alone now. A .co.uk costs about a fiver and goes a long way to presenting yourselves more professionally (and helping Google find your asses). I think Kam still owns wrestlingradio.co.uk, so ask him if he's willing to let you lease or buy it.
5) Start looking into some structure. When I listen to The Football Ramble, I know exactly what I'm getting: opening question, PL news, European news, game, emails, Dean Windass Hall of Fame induction. In that order. Every week. It never changes and never needs to. I know that you said you have plans, which is great. Plans are good. Now put it into motion.
Otherwise, was a decent listen.
