    Coronavirus

I just wash my hands regularly and feel like that's enough. I have a pretty good immune system, so I'm not too bothered. I feel for the people who are in the center of the disruption though. @jack25, it doesn't seem like it would make a good weapon for biological warfare. It doesn't do that much damage. Some people die, and I know that's awful, but it's hardly loads of people that it kills. Some people have mild symptoms and some don't even show symptoms at all. That's hardly worth the concerted effort it would take to use it for biological warfare.
  2. When was the last time Jericho appeared on WWE? 2017? I liked watching him there, but I think he's a bit better with AEW's crew. You should check them out if you haven't already. WWE has gotten a bit boring, except for NXT. I'd like to see Ricochet make a comeback. Yes, he's still with WWE, but he's not really Richochet if you know what I mean.
  3. I'm more of a comedy and action-adventure bloke. My favourite movies of the year are both thrillers, but they're filled with black humour too. One recently came out which is Knives Out. The other is Ready or Not. I've never understood the thrill of Toy Story which has many adult fans. I've tried to watch it, but it's no Shrek and I can't hang in there until they get to the good parts.
  4. Adam Cole and Jay Brisco of ROH over "The Real World Title" shenanigans. Cody and Dustin Rhodes of AEW for their battle of the brothers. Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks of WWE for their phenomenal matches when they were finally put up against each other.
  5. I think it would feel too much like schooling, but my girl belongs to one and she loves it. She says it encourages her to read books that she wouldn't have considered otherwise. She's made many close friends through the group too.
  6. I don't agree with the political views that he spouts all the time, but Tyson Fury is fun to watch. His last match was a bit of a joke, it was more of an exhibition than a fight, but this one should be spectacular. Fury has done well in the WWE. I wonder if his focus has changed enough to give Deontay Wilder an advantage.
  7. No, but I'm from a family without boundaries and have mates that will grab a phone and change the contact names as a prank. My guess is that the bloke looked through your texts to see whether you truly fancied him. It was a massively immature thing to do. I'd tease a bird relentlessly in that case, but I wouldn't be upset exactly. I see your point of view though.
  8. Hire a cleaner; it's worth every penny. The lady that does my place is fab. @Dust and Rust, that sounds like an invasion. Have you thought about getting a cat? I wonder how they're getting into your home? My parents used to have a summer cottage near the forest and they often had trouble with mice. It turned out that the mice were getting in through a tiny hole that my dad hadn't found. Those buggers can fit through tiny spaces.
  9. I would like to skip all holidays to be honest. I'd rather just get on with working. But society says we must be merry and it's another opportunity to socialise so might as well make the most of it.
  10. Did you pull him up on it, @Snarky-Guru? What did he say? The thing is, I could see this happening without the intent to snoop. I've borrowed a phone that had text notifications popping up, and with no intent to read them, it's impossible to miss. When you handed the phone over, were you texting beforehand? Could he have seen his name? I would be furious if I caught someone attempting to unlock my phone or attempting to find my passwords to check email and other accounts. The situation you described wouldn't personally bother me, but you've ever right to be cross and to set your own boundaries.
  11. Not since I was on the pull. I suppose that's one of the good things about not being single. No need to feel ridiculous on the dance floor.
  12. I expect whoever I gift to be thankful and of course, it's the same for me. It's just manners. Who turns their nose up at a gift card?
  13. Hulk Hogan is arguably the most famous wrestler there has ever been. He was certainly the face of entertainment wrestling for many years. I know The Rock is a star, but he has loads of fans who only know him as an actor. That isn't true for Hogan really. Yet, I've noticed none of us include him as a favourite. I've never heard him mentioned in real life as a favourite either, nor on any other forum. So, what gives? Is it a generational thing? I might be older than most of you because I do remember watching Hogan. I wouldn't call him a favourite though. I disliked the Hollywood gimmick and towards the middle of his career, he seemed unwilling to take big bumps or risks.
  14. Does anyone else think that Ross is low-key throwing shade? He does it often. I don't remember him having that much bite before. As much as I like the bloke and think he's a good fit, Excalibur has started talking too much.
  15. The card looks good and for the first time, in a long time, I'm looking forward to a Brock Lesnar match. I hate the advertising poster with Becky, Shayna, and Bayley. It's a small thing to be fussed about, but Becky and Bayley look nothing like Becky and Bayley. Will you be watching tomorrow?
  16. Mate, you're about a year and something late with this. He married one of the Baldwin girls. Fans speculate that Selena Gomez is heartbroken. What can I say, I look after my niece fairly often, and she chats about the bloke all the time.
  17. The foxes have had their ups and downs. Their best year was 2015-2016 and they haven't had that magic since. After that golden year, they fell to 12th, then 9th for two years, and now 2nd, so quite an improvement. But for me it was unexpected. Their team owner perished in that ill-fated helicopter crash last year and I thought it might have a lingering effect on the team. There have also been a few news reports of teammates rowing, though who knows whether it's true. Chelsea usually ranks well, but they're not a team I follow closely. Is Chelsea a favourite of yours? Do you think anything can turn Arsenal around?
  18. Eh, you like what you like, and that's fine. So, does that mean the lead singers are more your thing? Most have a distinguishable voice from any other.
  19. Is anyone else surprised by the Foxes? Leicester City has done amazingly well, especially compared to last season. Jamie Vardy seems unstoppable. The Arsenal team is doing dreadful and you can tell morale is down.
  20. I mistakenly expected Manchester City to come out on top in that match. Liverpool as been in fine form lately. What do you think about the issues surrounding monitor use? I'm glad that fans will be better informed about VAR checks within the next month or so. As a fan, it's quite frustrating to be left in the dark, wondering what's going on. I'm surprised some people pushed officials to check with the monitors more often. How tedious! Not to mention the refs got where they are for a reason. I'm glad it was determined to save the monitors for incidents that the refs couldn't witness.
  21. I can't tell the difference between the sound that comes from the fancy, high-end headphones and the sound that comes from the headphones in the Primark discount bin. I find bone conduction headphones uncomfortable, but just about anything else is fine if I'm only listening to music or audiobooks.
  22. I tried bartending through uni and was rubbish at it. I thought it would be a dream, but I discovered there's a big difference between hanging out at the bar or pub and working at one. The job is on my "must never try again" list.
  23. It's a loaded question and of course, everyone will have their favourites, but I think Slash from Guns 'N Roses and Velvet Revolver is the greatest guitar player of all time. Slash is one of the few guitarists who stands out more than the lead singer in a band. His licks and solos are legendary. If Slash doesn't do it for you, who does?
  24. I usually binge this one after the season is complete. I've heard that the origin of the Whispers was recently revealed, but I didn't continue listening as I haven't seen it. I'm very curious about that little tidbit though. I thought last season was a step up and one of the best seasons in this series. I hope season 10 is the same.
  25. Angelina Jolie, Demi Moore, and Michelle Pfeiffer are all still gorgeous. Jodie Foster doesn't look like she's aged at all. Maybe it comes down to genetics - just look at Gwyneth Paltrow and her mother, Blythe Danner. That, or they're drinking the blood of virgins or something.
