Not too bothered to be honest, he had n real fit in WWE, with the lack of a cruiser division. I hope he goes to TNA. Not because every WWE future endevoured guy should, but because he'd actually be a good aquisition for the X division. I'd look forward to seeing him more in the "Suger" Shane Helms role, decent X division fueds with Kendrik, Red etc.

I was thinking about a mney in the bank PPV and although it goes against the match we know as MITB, they could get away with the PPV if, rather than each match being a 6-8 way ladder match, instead each match just had a stipulation attached. The main event could then be the standard MITB. Examples of stipulations could be contracts for a US/IC title shots, contracts for Raw/SD, could even do a MITB between 8 coaches on NXT where the winner gets to choose their rookie

I dont want to have to wait a whole year for a Hell in a Cell match, then get force fed 3-4 rubbish ones that are only in the cage because the PPV dictates so. A Hell in a Cell/Ladder/Cage etc, should be used when *in kayfabe terms* it is necessary to settle a fued, solve a problem in my opinion. Say you have 2 matches between wrestlers A and B and wrestler A's cronies get involved both times, then you have a Cage match to keep them out. For Hell in a Cell used right, see HHH vs. Batista 05. A ladder match when a title has been vacated or theres two disputed champs ie Wrestlemania 10.

Yeah totally. The reason the number was down was probably a big collision of things happening all at the same time anyhow. As you say, the general downward turn in the wrestling industry at the minute, combined with the poor build for the specific event, the ufc hitting its stride and the "credit crunch" had a hugely detrimental effect.

To be fair i would say the card sucked pretty bad, enough to affect buyrates.. Especially in a financial climate where anything half a**ed would result in less than steller numbers.

I would have much prefered Jericho to mentor Danielson, best of both worlds really and if it did result in a fued then not only could the matches be awesome, but even losing to Jericho in a solid match would be able to elevate Danielson higher than Miz could.
