And yeah as i've probably said earlier in this or other threads, i think the themed ppv's suck. I dont want to have to wait a whole year for a Hell in a Cell match, then get force fed 3-4 rubbish ones that are only in the cage because the PPV dictates so.
A Hell in a Cell/Ladder/Cage etc, should be used when *in kayfabe terms* it is necessary to settle a fued, solve a problem in my opinion.
Say you have 2 matches between wrestlers A and B and wrestler A's cronies get involved both times, then you have a Cage match to keep them out. For Hell in a Cell used right, see HHH vs. Batista 05. A ladder match when a title has been vacated or theres two disputed champs ie Wrestlemania 10.
