I'm pretty sure they were drunk during that match. I've seen the entire show, and all-throughout you can see the Briscoes in the background near where the wrestlers make their entrances, and they are drinking from cups. Not only that, but the main event was a tag team deathmatch, Homeless Jimmy & Hellaware Assassin vs Mad Man Pondo & Brain Damage, and Jay Briscoe decided to follow Damage and Pondo out to the ring in a manager role. He eventually made it into the ring, and he completely no-sold a bunch of lighttube shots....seriously, Jay Briscoe just stood there, covered in blood and glass, and didn't move. The whole show was weird anyway, especially considering that it took place in someones driveway.

But Rob Van Dam follows them.....and a lot of other wrestlers too. And it seems that the page is no longer public anyway. It's a facebook page, and I don't have a facebook account, and I had no trouble accessing it before, but now I can't. Fair enough. :)

First of all, DON'T, I repeat, DON'T let the Trash Bag Wrestlers site see those pics. They hate anyone who doesn't wear wrestling boots (such as the black-and-white photo), and they really tear into fake ripoff gimmicks. And now that those have been posted, they may find them. Personally, I think they're too hard on wrestlers most of the time, and the comments tend to go way overboard. Just a warning.....anyway, I thought 'The Blackanese Assassin' Menace was the only complete Hayabusa ripoff. And like Jimmy said, it's hard to imagine you as a Hayabusa style wrestler. If anything, I'd expect a Hogan ripoff or something.

Mononoke is one of my favourite Ghibli films, if not my favourite overall. It was a joke, hence the smiley and the 'what was I doing?' after it. And this is why I'm usually in ultra-serious mode on these forums.....

It's Champloo, not Shamploo, but whatever, I agree. Great show. :) Also, I have tons of anime series and movies on DVD that I've collected up over the years, most of it was very cheap at the time (due to specials/clearances/eBay auctions that went cheap). The only reason I bring this up is that I'm too busy doing other stuff to get around to watching it all. :P I can't even remember which series and movies I last watched, it's been months. I know at the very least that the last anime movie I watched was either The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya or Gundam 00: A Wakening of the Trailblazer.....I think. :doh32:

Except deathmatch wrestlers who wrestle in reputable companies (such as CZW and BJW) have complete physicals on a regular basis, and testing for blood-transferable diseases is part of it. And not one of them, except Abdullah the Butcher who has been accused of having Hepatitis, has anything wrong with them. It's been common knowledge that Sean Waltman has had hepatitis since at least 2010, yet promotions continue to book him. And what baffled me even more than the anus injury was the fact that they booked someone with hepatitis in a hardcore match in which one of the other wrestlers bladed. Stupidity. If a deathmatch wrestler had any disease of any kind, they wouldn't be allowed to do deathmatches. Yet this promotion booked Waltman in a match with weapons in which he could have easily gotten a cut of some sort. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's a completely different thing altogether. I thought they were just friends now? But the thought did cross my mind as well.

The fact that he worked through the injury endangered everyone else in the ring, since he could have bled all over them and he has hepatitis.

I don't listen to the podcast, but I will say this: I don't get recording. By that I mean that when I record anything, my voice comes out less deep than it actually is. And I don't know why.
