    Problems at TNA?

It's not a wrestling hall of fame? You f*cking idiot.... To expand further, if it's not a wrestling hall of fame then it's entirely meaningless. We may as well have a CZW hall of fame or some random indie promotion that last 2 months. The point of a hall of fame is celebrating the achievements of people, no one achieved anything in TNA except maybe killing their careers in a particularly spectacular way. Look at the WWE hall of fame, there's plenty of inductees who had f*ck all to do with the WWE in any significant way, look at Verne Gagne for example. If it's not a wrestling hall of fame then it's nothing more than an alumni page for TNA. Therefore, you cretin, my point which you couldn't understand is perfectly valid. Please go back to fapping furiously over Gail Kim or whoever TNA has in the KO division and STFU. (Cena finisher name chosen deliberately...FU)

    Problems at TNA?

So does every two bit wrestling company. Whether you think so or not TNA just isn't that important to the history of wrestling. It's produced no one that in 10 years anyone is going to remember so what is the point of a TNA hall of fame to celebrate people who were famous because of other companies who happened to do a stint in TNA?

Yes, very quietly in a few years. Then the merch is likely to come back. I think there's a good chance he's done on TV though.

I wasn't really aware of what his on screen role had been said to be. Just fairly typical TNA BS, you film stuff you can't show and then you film stuff to kick off an angle and don't secure the talent to actually follow it through.

Could be wrong but I thought the T+C's said it's against the rules to post stuff where you respond with questions/posts that are clearly answered in a thread. Or that maybe Reddit.. meh.

    Problems at TNA?

He was going to wrestle on NXT but had to pull out because of an ear injury so likelyhood is he was gone a while back. Though they let Dreamer on the show instead of Bully, meh, I dunno. I doubt Bully signed any long term deal with them anyway given that they've just killed the guaranteed contracts.

I have some sympathy with people who make a direct comment against, say, one person and then it's made public because you can hate anyone if it's them. I'm less sympathetic when it's clear what's been uncovered is something like this, where they have a really horrific opinion or negative view like this. Plus if it's recorded somewhere for a reason then you're fairly silly for saying it somewhere that it's possible to be proved to be a scumbag. It's a bit like the Malkay Mckay thing, sure they were private emails but they were EMAILS. That shit is recorded and archived probably for years and years. If you don't want people to find out you're a sexist bigot then, you know, don't write that shit down because somewhere, somehow those records will be found.

There is a story on the Hulk Hogan situation going around from a “Read Talk Share” website and it should be noted that the website is satire. Any Hogan story on there is just that – satire. The story has already been shared thousands of times and by the looks of social media, people are believing it. However, there is another website that claims they heard a snippet from the alleged Hogan audio that is going around. MediaTakeout.com, which has been the source of some crazy rumors over the years but has also reported credible stories, says they heard part of the audio and called it “disgusting, there can be no doubt that Hulk Hogan is a racist.” They allege that the tape was discovered during Hogan’s lawsuit with Gawker, which backs up other rumors we’ve heard. They add that it was sold to the National Enquirer and comes from a legal disposition. MTO also noted that WWE had the chance to hear the audio on Thursday night and were appalled, which is why they began distancing themselves. As noted, WWE removed all Hogan mentions from their website, removed his merchandise from WWE Shop and he’s been pulled as a judge on Tough Enough. They even dropped the “Axelmania” gimmick for Curtis Axel that was a Hogan parody. Sources are still saying that the audio in question will be released this morning so we will keep you updated.

Seems a little drastic just for that, Hogan tweeted something randomly cryptic "In the storm I release control,God and his Universe will sail me where he wants me to be,one love. HH" so maybe there's something else about to come out and Hogan has given them the heads up?

Where they make even less money, it's a pretty shit deal to say to someone we want you to have no other visibility other than that you work for us but we won't pay any kind of retention for your service. They can;t appear for ROH or any of the big mexican promotions maybe even Japan but don;t worry feel free to work for No Name India productions as way of compensation. Everything still feels like the death rattle of a dead company refusing to believe it. Clearly the funding is gone from Panda in any meaningful way, they don't tour they tape months ahead because they can't afford to rent the sound stage, can;t afford to retain talent.... It either needs swiftly taking away from Dixie or swiftly closing down.

The Hernandez thing is probably going to be my most favourite f*ck up in pro-wrestling. It's just so wonderfully stupid.
  12. I am disappoint, son. Just get Taker V Sting done and in the books please. I want something else to become the new "dream Match"...
  13. They get a fair few guest trainers in as well from vaguely following the dirt sites.

    Problems at TNA?

I don't think it;s a massive surprise now that they are taping so many shows ahead. Whether they like it or not people read spoilers and I think all the surprise factor has been taken away from Jarrett's comeback etc. There's a reason everyone went Live and that's it.

    Problems at TNA?

ECW was generally picked apart whilst still alive and doing ok, WCW folded fairly quickly and spectacularly so the situation is different. TNA is dying slowly and the talent isn't really wanted/needed in the one place that's looking to poach people. I feel if Magnus isn't signing for ROH orWWE or doing any other indie work and GFW was the promotion he signed for then it's likely to be a work, we'll have GFW invasion and maybe that will take us until Septmeber when TNA dies and GFW swallows the infrastructure etc.

    Problems at TNA?

If Magnus has signed for GFW and Jarrett won KOTM I would put money on this being a work.

    Problems at TNA?

Adjusting to a new business model means "We got no money and we ain't getting no money either". The problem of course is that this is all a climb-back from being a serious 2nd promotion. ROH have ippv already but could TNA afford to try and take matches off TV? Would they even be allowed to? I can't see it and I can't see it being the magic wand they need to regain some sort of prominence in the industry.

Shame about Kong though seems a little optimistic to mention the new year if the TV deal dies in September.

Jay, come on man stop it already with the "wwe have worse" bull poop. No one is saying Aries isn't good or or that Zak Ryder et al don't exist. Plenty of good wrestlers never make it to wwe. Wwe don't need him particularly so more likely he'll go elsewhere. He's a great worker, he's not bringing insta-heat like joe did.
  20. Unless that's his new fad diet I doubt it.

    Problems at TNA?

I don't think they'll hire in to cover spots that exist already, you'd be hiring in guys left, right and centre and I still think Aries isn't what WWE are looking for in ex-TNA guys. ROH is a fair shout of course though Gene, especially with the new TV deal etc it's certainly feeling like less of a step down from TNA and more a step across.

    Problems at TNA?

I think, and it's only a think, he'll probably be in NJPW. You can see why Joe or Styles or Rhyno would get an NXT shot or a run in the roster to make up numbers. Aries, whilst a great talent, never really burned as bright. There was a point he had a lot of good vibes from the IWC but I don't think it ever propelled him as the next big indie thing. However he'd be perfect for Puro, though if he did well there it could well be something that could get him noticed by the WWE.
