i'm stuck onthe first mission! the ballas keep running me off course and getting me lost! it the guide worth getting does anyone know?

Lol that mission did seem pretty hard for a first mission. I didnt use a guide and I havent used one so i dunno if its worth getting or not. The missions so far have been pretty easy. Ive only done a few mind

I'm about half way through the San Fierro missions at the mo'.

The one I'm on just now is for 'Woozie', where your chopper gets shot down and you have to take the boat with just a knife. Most of the missions have been easy enough, except for the Stormdrain chase, which took me 'bout 10 attempts. Didn't mind though, coz it's such a cool stage.

This game is ace.

I got aslapper of a girlfriend! Shes had 3 kids and gave them all away lol. Ive nearly got the suit she gives you though. After that shes dead.

I thought the first mission was really difficult to start off with! Just keep on trying and you'll get through it eventually, luckily the following missions afer that are far easier.

I am also stuck on these exact two missions & they are frustating as hell esp the driving one.

 

I just spent the last 2 hours shouting at my tv doing 2 of the most agravating things i have had to do so far.

 

 

The first one was doing the final part of the advanced driving school in San Fiero where you have to dive to one side of the city and back in under 2 minutes with minimum damage to your car.

The 2nd was doing a mission for a guy called Zero where you have to fly a radio controlled Red Baron and use it to take out 5 couriers all in different vehicles and then fly it back to Zeros shop without running out of fuel.

 

 

I have spent roughly an hour on each of them and had to turn the playstation off because i was about to throw my control pad across the room(i do that a lot).

Well I had a pretty decent go on San An today. I managed to unlock the 2nd island after finishing all availible missions on the 1st. These are the new vehicles I drove today

I found a quad bike under a bridge on the 2nd island, the fastest superbike on the game the PCR 900 and after coming first in the race on 1st island I unlocked a MONSTER truck! And so then spent an hour driving over almost every car on the island. You also get a Hotring Racer and $10000 after winning the 8 Track race. The last 2 missions for Sweet before heading off tothe next island are very exciting! Theres a twist, and those missions are definately the most fun so far. You drive through a barrier which sends your car onto the highway, the barrier has a caption at the bottom titled "A taste of things to come" as it is a soft drink advert. After smashing a hole through it it then says "A taste of come". :lol but if those missions are just a taste of what is to follow in further missions then they will be absolutely fantastic .

I also managed to do the driving one & left the other one, i have now completed all the 'club' missions & am doing the ones for the oriental bloke but I m stuck because one mission can't be done until you have enough underwater exp.

I have now done all the missions for zero and the triads and Jizzy and am now doing them for the white guy who works for Jizzy i can't remember his name.

I have also just unlocked a garage to get modifications for street racing cars and started my own car showroom buisness.

I am pretty sure i don't have long till i get Las Venturas.

so you did the mission involving underwater stuff then? Tell me how much water time do you need before you can start the mission?

Not that much really.

I think that my lung capacity went up about 3 or 4 times.

It isn't even a quarter of the way up so it doesn't have to be that high to do it, actually i really enjoyed that mission and thought it was pretty damn cool.

Muscle and Stamina are maxed now wooo. Fat is non existant. Done a few more missions like the first one with the Low Rider. Just stuck ont he damn train mission now. CJ wont throw them far enough

I am now in Las Venturas and have been sitting in the casinos gambling and trying to find more cars i aint got.

 

Then i will go back to the flying school which i left for a while to explore a little.

Hellll no, one thing though if you don't like this game surely you mean you don't like any GTA gams? as much as this game has added new stuff is it is still similar to the other 2 ps2 GTA games.

This past week I got to the top of Mount Chilliard. I fell off the side once or twice but when I got up there it was class. I was the first out of my mates to get to the top and so celebrated my achiement with a photograph at the top. And what a view you get.

I also picked up the backpack and jumps off the side of the mountain. Then you start to freefall and if you hold down then you can do a James Bond and plumet head first almost with speed. And you can also sway which direction you go. They I pressed circle and pulled my parachute and floated safely back down to earth where I landed ont the freeway and got run over by a lorry. Brilliant.

i'm still on los santos stuck at OG LOC and DRIVE BY
