Been playing this over the last few days. A few disappointments with some small stuff being taken out,

like less cars and clothing options but other than that I'd say it might beat Arkham City and Skyrim as my GOTY. The ending missions are great, especially the "bad" ending.

As a first time comer to Saints row, I'm enjoying it immensely, my only crit, less cycle riding more (and I mean MUCH more) Professor Genki!

Though the gimp cart chase made me literally spit my drink out with hilarity!

Yeah Kinzie's version of Trail blazing is pretty annoying. Supposedly the DLC includes something Genki related. I'll look up the leaked list when I'm next on my laptop.

The Genki Bowl VII DLC is coming out on the 17th! Glad they're finally putting out a more substantial DLC rather than the weapons and costumes we've got so far.

Video is NSFW

Also the arena that is shown in the video is already present and a glitch allows you to visit it, though you can only walk about the area, there's nothing to do there until the the missions are activated. These show you how to get there an what the place is like. Not watched them all so they may be NSFW too.

Got the new DLC, it's not bad, just a bunch of activities and they're mainly variants of others that were in the normal game, but with a new twist, thus:

Sexy Kitten's Yarngasm = Tank mayhem but with a ball of yarn instead of a tank

Angry Tiger's Genki Apocalypse = Prof Genki's SERC in a new arena. It's got a more complex layout than the SERC arenas but it's not that different.

Super Ethical PR = Escort with a weaponised car and Professor Genki as the passenger. (The car isn't a new model, just a modded version of one)

Sad Panda's Sky Blazing: This is kinda new, it has the target from the base jumping diversion at the end and maybe some Murder brawl elements but it's pretty much it's own thing.

I think I have one more activity to unlock but I got stuck on the second Sky Blazing round.

Yarngasm's pretty fun especially.

Rewards:

Super Ethical PR gets you the Genkimobile. I don't think I've done all instances of this so there might be more, possibly the Professor as a homie.

Yarngasm gets you Sexy Kitten as a homie, the Yarnie (which is awesome) plus a delivery homie and a mouse shaped ATV called (IIRC) the verminator and a Sexy Kitten mask.

Genki Apocalypse: Angry Tiger as a homie and an Angry Tiger mask.

Sky Blazing: Not finished it but I'm going to assume you get Sad Panda as a homie and a mask.

More new DLC but it's just a weapon, vehicle and clothing pack with an full auto sniper rifle, a female armoured looking catsuit and a Spectre with Ultor livery. The Prof. Genki preorder pack was also released.

The second expansion pack DLC, Gangstas in Space, has come out and it's great. There's a few new achievements, 2 homies, 2 vehicles, a new gang customisation option and a hat. It's pretty tough as several missions involve vehicles and even damage immunity doesn't help when they explode. I'd say it's approximately 30 to 45 minutes my only complaints are I wish there was more missions as they're hilarious and that you don't get to keep the unique weapons that you receive at one point.

It wasn't that great. 3 missions, 2 reskinned vehicles (or remodelled, would be a better term) 2 homies (of which only one is good.). It seems that any Saints Row DLC, be it from 2 or 3 is just sorely lacking in oomph, which would make me believe they suckered me by getting me to buy a Season Pass for a "better deal".

Like I said I found Gangstas in Space to be fun, the Bloodsucker pack though, not much cop. I suppose the respect and cash boosts help on new playthroughs but I wish there was some weaponry and clothes, maybe some make up options.

New DLC "The Trouble With Clones" came out yesterday. I beat it in just over 46 minutes without rushing through it. I guess it'd be better for new players rather than folk who have finished the main game, because the majority of people who have finished the game have all the perks unlocked and applied to their character, practically making them invincible to all but melee attacks, making a lot of it a breeze. The only time when you're in true danger of failing a mission is in the mandatory car chase section, because your car can still be destroyed, but that's easily worked around by simply spamming the shit out of a rocket launcher.

Yeah I had the same feeling, though I've got a second (fourth actually) playthrough saved that's only at the start of act two so I'll probably have a go with that one but playing with an L50 character does let you focus on what's happening a bit more and I found it pretty amusing, though not hilarious. I'm disappointed that again the rewords for finishing are kinda sparse it's one, frankly kinda dull, vehicle and two Brute homies.

I'd of liked to get the bee gun and the Saints Flow power ups, maybe as a Melee and grenade or explosive weapon. Also not tried it yet but is it even possible to get Tag and Aisha as homies together?

Brute homies have a generic gang member acting driver that takes up a slot when you summon them so I suspect that unless the first driver automatically gets dismissed you can't.
