Just went back to playing Majora's Mask on Wii VC and was thinking about the game music that bring back memories and the favorite songs from games.

 

One of my favorite game soundtracks of all time is Zelda Ocarina Of Time.

But I also like some of the songs from Digimon World 1 for PS1.

 

My favorite song from OoT was Song of Storms, found some unqiue takes to the song on the net.

I could play Saria's Song on keyboard. I was really bad at it, but I got it correct a few times. :lol

 

One of my favourites is the Alex Kidd theme, from Alex Kidd In Miracle World. It was probably the first video game I ever played, and it's always been a tune I've remembered and enjoyed.

Also, the DOOM soundtrack was one I enjoy. I kinda grew up on DOOM and DOOM II, and the Episode 1, Mission 1 of DOOM still gets stuck in my head.

The Sonic Megadrive soundtracks contained so many gems, particularly the Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 soundtracks. Outrun. Shenmue 1 and 2. And big notable mention to Jet Set Radio and Jet Set Radio Future. Sega made some darn good soundtracks leading up to the end of the Dreamcast.

Generally the Skate, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, GTA (in 3D) and Saints Row games all have good music. Mass Effect is good too.
