PS4 to be announed today?

Always nice to get new console options, the PS3 and 360 have been around for a long time now but I still think there's plenty of life left in both.

 

Yeah, that's pretty much my thought. It feels a lot like a new console just for the sake of it. It's not like most PS3 games even come close to pushing the boundary on what it can do graphically, so now we're getting what looks to be a sub-par PS4, just because "it's that time" rather than for any real reason. The PS4 should at least do 4k natively in games and video...

I'll defo be waiting a while until the price comes down a bit & they've sorted the teething problems they always seem to have with new consoles
