A mate of mine has kept a list of every gig he's been to, and in hindsight I wish I had.

That list doesn't include support bands or bands I've seen at festivals though.

So far I've got 4 gigs for definite next year: Killswitch @ Bristol, Deftones @ Bristol, Sugababes @ Plymouth and My Chemical Romance @ Plymouth. Hopefully I can make it to Soil and either 36 Crazyfists/Trivium as well. I've also got a ticket for Deftones in Portsmouth but probably won't be able to make that.

Whenever humanly possible I try to keep the gig ticket. I've got a photo album full of them now, although probably only ever managed to keep hold of half of them. The most gutting one was a ticket that Casey Chaos signed and I managed to lose! :(

I try and keep gig tickets, but often I end up forgetting them and they end up in the wash.

Best things I got signed by Chaos/Amen are these:

They signed your money? Nice :) Actually that reminds me, Casey signed my Buy American when I got it. Just him though. And I did buy a gig poster that had been pre-signed by him and the band at the last show I went to.

My favourite's are Machine Head at Brixton and every Disturbed and Monster Magnet show. I'm pretty sure we've seen both 8 or 9 times.

Band I wanna see really bad, but never have? Beautiful Creatures, for sure!

:eek Colour me VERY jealous.

earthtone 9 went through a stage of supporting every single band that played at Brixton and the Astoria. We've unintentionally seen them about 6 times :lol

Yeah, there have been times when I've been tempted to use it when I've been skint!

The last time I saw Casey was when he fronted The Damned at the 100 Club. We trawled London but all bars were shut, then went back to hotel but the bar was shut there, and that was that. So much for a bloody aftershow party!

I managed to get Matt Heafy's autograph outside the Wulfrun Hall toilets. It's on my wall now :) Met Wednesday 13 at a HMV signing, the band signed my ticket and W13 himself complimented my t-shirt with a very stoned "Woah, Whitesnake. Old school, maaan". The bassist of AHC was very drunk at the bar during Soil and I went out to meet him. He was damn drunk, but funny. He hugged me, and signed my Kerrang poster.

As for bands I haven't yet seen that I want to: Dope, Bon Jovi and Rob Zombie.

The one saving grace to my list is that I met cKy for the first gig, and they were all awesome, especially Jess Margera, and I also met Fireball Ministry who were just great guys, trying to get me to buy their album for a fiver.

And then the second cKy gig, I met the legend that was Trash of TWO fame, although if we want to be politically correct I met him the week before at Jaydens lol

Hopefully 2007 is the year of Ruis Rock in Finland. Screw Download, HIM, 69 Eyes, Turbonegro, Danko Jones, Negative, Lordi and shedloads more is where its at.

Bands you'd like to see eh? Hmm. I really want to see Supersuckers (when drunk), Cypress Hill, Down, Superjoint Ritual, Marilyn Manson and Korn. How I've never managed to see Korn/Manson I don't know.
