Reading through this thread made me think that there was a new sexual slang word that I had somehow missed. I was about to Google "Tebowing" when I remembered the name Tim Tebow from Bill Maher punchlines. I'm not going to bother looking it up now it's probably some sort of snap that can cure the gays or something. Certainly not a patch on my sexual slang word theory. I had gotten to some sort of portmanteau involving the word "Elbow".

Sweet Christ, Kelly Clarkson can sing a damn song. She needs to do it every year after she's sorted her hair out. And it's nice to have the correct words sung this time.

 

Patriots hold on the first series after a few completions from Eli, but two sacks after that. Maybe the Patriots don't have such a bad defence after all.

SAFETY AGAINST BRADY. That's going to cause some controversy right off the bat.

 

Quick note, I love the safety signal so much. I keep hoping the referee doing it will turn into a full Village People dance routine.

 

Also, it's great to have NBC as the broadcasters, Michaels and Collinsworth are the best announcers in the game by a long way.

Patriots had a turnover on a fumble but it was nullified due to having 12 men on the field. This has been a very un-Patriots like performance so far, I can't think they'd be suffering from nerves but I'm not entirely sure they know what they're doing. Poor Belichick must be about ready to kill someone.

 

Just as I type, Victor CRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZ scores a touchdown, and I didn't see a salsa. 9-0 Giants.
