Giants are up 21-17 after a TD that Ahmad Bradshaw didn't want, the Patriots let him through and he tried to stop on the 1 yard line to run the clock but fell over into the end zone.

 

Brady has 57 seconds to perform a miracle.

 

Brady sacked by Justin Tuck, 43 seconds on 4th down. Two ridiculously bad drops from Patriots receivers. This play basically decides the game....

 

Or maybe not, Pats got the first down with 32 seconds left.

 

Five seconds left, has to be a Hail Mary. Surely it can't happen...

This match just shows how great this sport is, and it's the sort of thing that will hopefully continue to boost the popularity of the sport over here in the UK.

 

Now to try and get my body clock back to some kind of normality.

 

One more thing: Raymond Berry looked absolutely terrified bringing the trophy through the Giants players.

Was I the only one who liked the halftime show? With the exception of MIA flipping the bird at the camera and saying I don't give a shit, I thought it was pretty creative. I hate seeing 'musicians' lip syncing, but it could have been a lot worse. In fact, this was the first halftime show I liked in recent memory. Usually they really suck. I must admit though, I've had a crush on Madonna since I was a teenager.

 

Also, from a quick looking around today, the conspiracy community is in a tizzy over the halftime festivities. Apparently it was all Illuminati symbolism and brainwashing with Madonna representing the physical embodiment of the Baphomet - the Illuminati god(Lucifer). Also, as it turns out, The Giants represented 'the powers that be' and The Patriots representing the innocent, peace loving and oppressed masses. You don't even want to know what they thought of the Chevy DOOM commercial as well as the others that depicted aliens. The amount of posts saying 'DISCLOSURE SOON' were up by about 70%.

 

That'll teach me. I could have sworn it was just a football game. Oh well, I'm off to read Catcher in the Rye. I could have sworn I didn't own a copy of that before the super bowl. Now I count four.
