That sucks, she was the best womens wrestler during her title rayne a few years ago.

Bit strange for Sting to leave now after starting the Main Event Mafia angle?

Remember what happened last time MEM "returned" (or not as the case was)? Nash/Booker T were snapped up by WWE and shoved into the Royal Rumble.

Anyway, it's not like Sting's actually going to up and leave soon. He still has a contract to finish.

Pretty much what we said should happen then.

If a idea gets thrown out there and nobody hears it, did it happen?

Yes. Yes it did. MAXX. STOP SENDING OUR IDEAS TO TNA, WWE AND ROH YOU F*CK.

EDIT: Joey Ryan has been shitcanned too.

EDIT: Christian York was shitcanned too. And Taeler Hendrix refused to sign a new contract. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! (That's the sound of TNA going down the tubes.)

EDIT: Sam Shaw and Crimson now shitcanned too. It's Gray Wednesday! It would be black, but nobody gives the slightest f*ck about TNA.

Not Sam Shaw!

Fun fact; If you Google Image search Sam Shaw because, for example, you've never heard of him in your life, you'll find a picture of him on the 21st row down.

Neither of them are any big loss. Although, quite an amazing turn-around for Crimson...

Where!? I had 21 rows of Marilyn Monroe and various other people before I spotted him.

EDIT: Oh there he is! Seventh row down by my count.

Releasing Taelor Hendrix seems a bit dumb, not just because me likey redheads but the Knockouts division is thinner than Angelina Love at this moment and releasing a young girl doesn't exactly help the cause.

As I said, Taeler refused to sign a new contract. She wanted out.

Putting this all here as there's a lot of news

According to ProWrestling.net, sources with TNA have said the company was, and still may be several weeks behind on paying some of its workers. The report indicates that a "prominent former TNA champion" is saying they were, at one point, six weeks behind on payroll.

So far today, the following names have been released from TNA:

Joey Ryan

Madison Rayne

Crimson

Christian York

Taeler Hendrix

According to PWInsider.com, the releases were made as a cost cutting measure in TNA, and the above names were being paid a monthly guarantee with an additional fee when they were booked for events. TNA officials felt those cut were not being used regularly so there was no need to keep them under contract.

As we previously reported, several TNA talents have been grumbling lately about being paid late, with one source noting that some talent have complained about being paid up to two months late.

Sources have informed WZ of some behind the scenes news and chaos at TNA Impact wrestling.

We've been told Christian York got released Tuesday and Taeler Hendrix did not sign a new contract to stay with the company. More departures are expected soon that vary from cuts or talents requesting their release.

The relationship with OVW as a training center seems to be "in shambles" as one source described it. Problems have came up particularly with former head trainer Rip Rodgers concerning money.

It seems many internally are questioning TNA's direction and if they know what they're doing or want to do. In addition, sources are saying Al Snow, who is working as a road agent for the company, has been making promises to wrestlers which he can't fulfill because he doesn't have the power that he acts like he has.

According to a direct source in OVW, TNA/OVW trainee Rip Rogers was reportedly trying to extort money from the company. We were told he wanted to get paid from the trainees for their instruction in the advanced class. So, the talent was relegated to the Intermediate class and away from Rip.

These TNA "refugees" were basically winners on Gut Check first and then told about going to OVW. WZ was told this is probably why Adam Pearce didn't "win" because he wasn't going to take the OVW assignment.

Additionally, we reported earlier that today's talent releases were mostly a cost cutting measure, and in an update on Doug Williams, who was also recently released from TNA, WZ was told "Why wouldn't TNA pay Doug Williams when they promised him a job as trainer? Because they didn't want to pay to renew his visa."

That's all the latest. It looks like development has went to hell and the cost of being on the road is hitting hard

Alarm bells start ringing when a company is late paying it's staff. Hopefully these cost cutting measures will make the ship steady again.

We've all been saying for a while; TNA will function, no matter how bad it is, as long as their owners bother paying the bills. Looks like they're starting to give up, which would be the beginning of the end. TNA can't survive on it's own without outside financial help.

TNA will live as long as Spike TV wants it. If they only have three wrestlers on the show, Spike will show it if Spike wants it and TNA will deliver. But we've known for ages that TNA makes f*ck-all money, no matter what anyone says.

Yeah this TNA going out of business shit crops up all the time, but the only thing that matters is Spike TV. As long as they want it, its going to be around, end of story. The second Spike loses interest, which isnt going to be any time soon if you believe what Meltzer says (and its probably best to believe what he says), they will go bye bye.

Spike love having Hulk Hogan on their network. Scoff at it all you want, thats a fact. TNA also deliver ratings above the station average and give them 52 weeks of first run programming every year.

Spike, as of now, arent losing interest in TNA so TNA are safe.
